Breakfast was very good. Pool area beautiful. Location only two minutes from the centre , perfect.

Beautiful building and public areas. Lovely pool and garden area which was never crowded. Staff were always available and very friendly and professional. Full and varied buffet breakfast. Great location. Very quiet but only a few minutes walk from the main square.
Loved the location and size of the hotel. Really good breakfast, helpful staff. Amazing views.

Amazing location. Amazing views from our balcony and from the pool. Quite place, and very close to the middle of the centre. Hotel room was spacious, with large (but too hard) bed.
The price-quality ratio was not good: the room could be cleaner, the hotel and our room are in need of maintenance, and the breakfast was good for one day (with salmon and even tortilla). I don’t understand why it isn’t like that every day. On the other days, it was quite limited. For this price, other hotels offer more luxury in my opinion. Breakfast was only adequate. Restaurant is not owned by hotel. Hot food cold and tasted like it had been pit out at 7am and not replaced.

Room comfortable and terrace outside great. Breakfast excellent. Location ideal. Staff very helpful when medical advice needed.
Kettle didn't work!
Location was excellent, staff were fantastic and the views from the restaurant/pool were incredible!
We had to ask for an extra pillow as one wasn't quite enough - but that was the only thing and the staff brought it up in minutes!
Stunning pool and outside space....but also right in the centre of Soller. Room comfortable and cleaned everyday. Lovely breakfast.
Main breakfast lady was a bit rude and grumpy. The rest of staff were helpful and friendly.

Some breakfast staffs were a bit cold. Not friendly. Parking was a bit far from the property but at least there’s parking available:)
We liked the location and size of our bedroom. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were great. Staff friendly
If you don’t like a firm bed then you might have a problem but it was fine for us. Probably the bathroom could do with up dating.
