Pros (+) Balcony off the bedroom.
Cons (-) Some breakfast staffs were a bit cold. Not friendly. Parking was a bit far from the property but at least there’s parking available:)

Cons (-) They made a mistake and I was moved to a different room the second day, which was frustrating and caused me to change my plans. It was quite unprofessional in my opinion, and I was offered no compensation, not even a complimentary drink or anything. Then, in the new room, the shower holder fell off the wall, so there was no way to shower comfortably after that.

Pros (+) The hotel is very well situated near the centre of Soller but with nearby private parking. We had a very spacious room with a balcony and a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts were good with a large and varied buffet.

Pros (+) Stayed here before and loved it.Very convenient for town centre and buses only 10 minute walk away.Lovely quiet.pool area and garden.
Cons (-) Plug mechanism in hand basin did not work, but this was soon rectified. Shower did not work very well, but we managed.No where to plug kettle in apart from bedside table.
