Great restaurant and excellent spa facilities although quite a lot of naked men…. Excellent car service to get you to the slopes in the morning
If you book to either arrive or leave on a Saturday booking.com and the hotel should make it absolutely clear well in advance that the tunnel between Livigno and Switzerland is one way only between certain times on a Saturday
The hotel facilities, staff, food, service were excellent, and the bonus was we got a free room upgrade The soa facilities are on a par with luxury spas and well-needed after a long day on the slopes. The hotel even offered a free bus service to the various ski slopes. Can't fault it.
Nothing! I almost don't want to tell others about this place so that it doesn't get too popular
Spa was great, breakfast was very nice also. Overall lovely hotel, great stay. Ski lockers were heated and a free ski shuttle although we would just walk to the motolino each morning.
Only one socket in the bedroom would take European adapter plugs, all others only took native European plugs
Beautiful location, modern facilities but still very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they really made you feel at home and the food was plentiful and delicious. The spa was fantastic, such a treat at theme of a long day skiing. One of our favourite ever hotels because it felt luxurious but homely.
The staff was very nice,, they were very eager to help in any way, They really wanted to make ur stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible .The room was clean, comfortable, quiet with an excellent view. The pool/spa section was clean and relaxing, the staff also is 5⭐️

Great spa, sauna and pool.
Food quality. Last year it was much better food and normal portions, this year food was not for 4 star hotel- they served salads and sushi from last evening. Every morning almost the same breakfast.
