Pros (+) The Bristol was everything I expected and more. the staff is amazingly kind. I was sick and Juliette went above and beyond to accommodate me and make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect, 5minutes from the center attraction and push streets. I highly recommend and will go again to Bristol once I go back to Geneva.
Cons (-) Nothing, everything was perfect. from the start to the time I left, I felt that my needs were the staff priority.

Pros (+) The size of the room was great and the spa facilities were good and we made good use of them during our short stay. An additional bonus was the free travel card that covered the train to and from the airport and enabled us to travel without having to navigate purchasing a ticket at the station. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station and the city centre.
