Pros (+) The staff were very accommodating and effective. The free water bottles were very helpful in cutting the costs of our trip.😄 We also loved the 7-11 just across the building. We are also so thankful that they offer the luggage delivery service. We were able to go to Nagoya almost Hands free 😀 blame the extra luggage to last minute shopping hahaha

Pros (+) Thought the staff where very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) For me the mattress was to hard, (uncomfortable for me personally) and it didn’t seem like they changed the bathroom towels on the second day.

Pros (+) Big room (for japanese standard of course:)) and bathroom had a italian shower and bathtub (incorporate in a really smart way ;)). I really appreciate the big desk also. Situation was good also, close by the metro station. Receptionist was super reactive also (our japanese toilet was lock on over heating seat mode when we arrived 😅)
Cons (-) Tiny wardrobe (but it seems to be common in Japan) and no possibility to slide our suitcase under the bed (but we had 2 big samsonite),but ok the room was big enough to let one open.

Cons (-) I was put into smoking room (without ask) and elevator hall was smelling as cigarettes. Also restaurant at lobby without many options as breakfast.
