Everything. Great location, staff and room
We stayed in a newly renovated section of the property, it was lovely and clean. There were complimentary waters in the lobby that we could take at any time. The train station was a short walk away and there was a convenience store across the road. Excellent value for money.

Very comfortable and well located hotel in Osaka nearby the station Kitahama. Calm atmosphere, great connection. Very friendly and helpful team. Thank you for all you support! We’ve booked already twice and would always book again.
Hotel was located beside 7 eleven and Lawson shop. Property was close to Kitahama metro station and only a 15 minute walk to Osaka Castle. Room was nice and spacious also had a bath in it which was very nice and relaxing. Staff were accommodating and helpful with our luggage
Washroom was spacious.
Room was very dusty which caused my allergy to immediately react. I only get relief of my allergy by going outside.

Services were amazing and allowed me early check in which is not common in Japan and room was spacious with all amenities needed. Area is well connected with subway lines and restaurants within walking distance. 7/11 and lawson being on opposite made our stay even comfortable
Tub in bathroom is very small but there is a shower area also so not a big issue
The stay was comfortable and the location is amazing as it is just 3-4 mins walk from the train station and you got 7eleven and Lawsons just in the front of the hotel. Rooms were of a good size and very clean.
The air-con control was near the entrance of the room, and there is no handy remote control or any other way we could adjust the temperature from the bed. They got lights control near the bed which was great but not for the air-con which we felt was inconvenient.
Location, cleanliness, amenities, staff, everything. we had a great stay and a convenient location just steps away from multiple convenience stores, local bars and restaurants, as well as the Kitahama train station.
Perhaps just some kind of storage, particularly for a family room, but that was a minor issue. It was great!
