Great location by the river in the older, non-touristy part of town. Short walk to restaurants, the river walk shops and the beach
I have never stayed at a cuter place. It's obvious so much thought and love went into the design. We stayed here four nights and I kept finding new cute things to look at. The pools were great, the staff was so fun and helpful, the bed was so comfy, and there were cats! I'm not usually one to revisit a location but I definitely want to come back.
Open concept bathroom in the Candelaria suite (there was a curtain, no door or ceiling separating it from the main room) but nbd, there was a private bathroom just up the stairs by the green pool.
Beautiful building with fun rooms and amazing staff. We loved both the rooftop pool and the pool on the third floor. Amazing location and view. We loved exploring the city from the hotel!
Bar tender by pool was awesome, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, pool views and ambiance were great, lots of friendly fellow travelers made for great vibe. Loved all the unique rooms and different pool environments.
Nice every way. Would help to speake Spanish for two staff. Rico and others speak English very well.
The infinity pool on the 7th floor was great. Bar and bartender Jesus with great. Breakfast was also good. We had the Vanity room which included breakfast and we loved it. Only 10-15 to Malecón and beaches. Easy walk. ATM nearby to withdraw pesos. Street vendors near for cheap tacos. No issues with WIFI. Front desk very helpful.
Could you a paint job in the rooms. Hot tub was not working.
Staff was exceptional. Roof top pool was great. Good location.
Poor sound insulation and light control in our room.
The location in Puerta Vallarta is amazing, right near the Romantic Zone but still far enough away to be quiet, it is right beside a small river and island. The hotel is great, especially if you love eclectic things, which I know I do. It has two pools and one hot tub, and you can get breakfast included for a small price (we did not have this, however we heard positive things!) We went swimming in...
My only complaint would be that there was not as much hot water as we (mostly I) would have liked. We had booked our stay because of the bathtub and I know I really looked forward to using it. We spent most of our vacation saving money at Airbnb's and had previously had no hot water, so it was disappointing to see that, while there was plenty for a shower, it did not fill up the bath as much as I ...Read more
24 hour pool, super comfortable beds, ELIZABETH the CAT, very friendly staff, close to many amenities, etc
Walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors very easily if you have them.
