Pros (+) Really comfortable room with a huge bed, nice hot water with great pressure in the shower, rooftop pool, the food in the restaurant was amazing and there was a stunning view of the sunset over the volcano from the running track on the roof, close to the town centre so easy to walk to places
Cons (-) Only eight sun loungers by the pool, hotel could do with more soft furnishing to prevent noise travelling as far as it did. I was right above the restaurant which was fairly noisy in the evening but did quieten down before I wanted to sleep so didn't affect me much. Extra bottles of water were quite expensive for a small size so went to the convenience store to buy a 2L bottle.

Pros (+) Everything - staff etc. My husband got sick from some bad food he ate somewhere. I couldn't find bananas anywhere as it was a Sunday. Adalid sent some complimentary bananas to the room. Elizabeth arranged for us to stay some more hours in the room until our bus so that he could sleep in the room. Thanks so much. The hotel itself is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything.
Cons (-) A tea kettle would have been great. I had to ask for hot water a few times a day as I drink a lot of tea - it was hilarious as sometimes. got a giant pitcher of hot water instead of a tea pot.
