Absolutely beautiful grounds, everything was very well thought out, from checkin to staff showing us to our room. We were pleasantly surprised to have a 2-floor suite - the AC was working perfectly and bathroom was clean. GPS directions were sent to us in advance but it'd be helpful to provide a visual map of the route as well. Roads leading upwards the entrance of the hotel needs repair (pot holes were as big as the car itself!). We had a warm welcome at the hotel as soon as we arrived, with Fabrizio taking the time to talk us through the facilities of the hotel and give us lots of useful tips about the area. The hotel owner is the best , most amazing hostess. She is meticulous in every detail at the hotel. From the staff to the food, all excellent. Such an amazing breakfast buffet. Location is away from the town of Siracusa , but only a quick 15 minute shuttle ride. Thank you for a lovely and pleasant 3 day stay.

Wonderfully pristine hotel. Excellent pool. The best breakfast buffet we’ve ever seen! Very welcoming evening dinner too. The staff that worked there were incredibly helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We always felt comfortable and relaxed, and wanted for nothing.

The place is amazing, well set rooms, fantastic gardens to scape from the Sicilian heat, superb breakfast, fantastic pools and all kind of facilities for all family members. Add to this the kindness of Giusi and her staff and you would like to live there for ever!!!
We had to leave!
We travelled for the first time with our 6month baby and the staff made it so easy for us. They went out of their way and were of great help.
