Breakfast & dinner both v good
Amazing location, near the lake quite country side. Breakfast and dinner were rich, for all kinds of diets and a lot of options to choose from The room was very comfortable but the cleaning service wasn’t so affective The stuff was nice

Regarding the fact its a wine hotel, the staff didnt have a wine opener 😅
Price-value is not great, too expensive regarding the rooms design and equipment level. Booking options were not too flexible, couldn’t book it without the dinner option, which is a mediocre buffer dinner, whilst nearby there are many very good restaurants. Its just doesn’t worth it. Swimming pool and sauna, location, great food, lovey spacious rooms and terrace
The staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We checked in past the time when dinner is served and they offered to put aside some sandwiches for us for when we arrive. Staff helped us sort out an issue with a rental bike in a matter of minutes. And we really appreciated that we could use the wellness facilities past our check-out time. We had 5 amazing days at Hotel Bonvino Badascony - absolutely brilliant and actually the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Super friendly staff especially at the restaurant. Sauna and ir- sauna were nice to relax in.

The wellness facilities were very clean and well kept
The beds are very uncomfortable and the mattress covers were not big enough so it was constantly coming off. The massage was not the best, the masseuse hands felt a bit rough perhaps due to callouses.
Nice and clean hotel, friendly people, very good and tasty food. Pets friendly!
