Toilt/Shower room is not completely separated with door, only with glass door not fully closed(from bottom till up)
We were so amazed with this place that we pro-longed our stay! Hotel location, design, the views, spa, and food exceeded our expectations. We will be coming back
We had to replace first room that we got because it didn’t have mountain view (parking view instead…)

Room is too warm with AC running.
Everything was super clean, staff was always nice and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and rich! Special thanks to Petra, the girl from reception for wellness. She always welcomed us warmhearted and asked us how are we, helped with everything we asked for! Rooms are beautiful as the view from the room!
The thing for room card didn’t work well, we had to try multiple times so we can get in the room (no worries, wasn’t a big deal to us). I think you have a very small offer for lunch and dinner, but overall nice food. I know you have fit rooms, but maybe some kind of gym as addition would be great to have in the hotel
Hotel is really great - cosy and nice, mountain feeling but in a modern interpretation. Food&drink offer also great, location superb. We liked the room size, wellness, everything

Visited the hotel for the 2nd time. Amazing location, nice and clean hotel.
It was the second time we stayed at the hotel, breakfast is still incredible! Our room was really big (classic room) and comfortable. The fireplace at the lobby is very cozy, all the furniture and equipment met our expectations.
The dinner was not as good as we expected.
We loved the location (and the view from the room was spectacular)… The room itself is so nice, cozy and very beautiful. Bed is super comfortable, a lot of light coming through the huge windows, really special hotel with a lot of cool details. The reception and the lobby is WOW, decorated so well and carefully to the last detail… You can sit there and enjoy some coffee and cake even if you’re not ...
Honestly, we gave 9 out of 10 because of our experience, maybe it’s not usually like that, but the hotel did not exceed our expectations, unfortunately. So, there has to be a reservation for the spa, which we haven’t seen anywhere else… We made the reservation and went there at the given time. The spa was amazing, as were the staff who worked there. Food was delicious and the sweet treat counter was lovely.
