Different team in the restaurant, different service even quality of the food. Breakfast is not taken serous and it is visible for customers.

Lovely staff, very cheerful, attentive, and kind! 😇 The rooms were clean and spacious. 🛏 Indoor pool has warm water, it has built-in jacuzzi. The sauna was also nice. 🏊♀️ Restaurant food is mostly seafood (it's greek Restaurant) and it was tasty. 🍴 I recommend horse mackerel/сафрид. 🐠
The rooms were clean and comfy, everything was provided - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, single use nail file, sewing kit, lots of towels and others. The whole hotel smelled so fresh. The staff was wonderfull, we asked for an additional blanket and it was immediately provided. Everything: the room, the bed, the bathroom, the amenities, the hotel’s Greek restaurant, breakfast, the spa (Erhan is an excellent masseur) the pool, the sauna, the steam bath we tried it all in the dead of winter and was the perfect hotel in Haskovo. Reception staff are super helpful and speak English.

Rooms were tidy and comfortable. The stuff was gentle.
The value wasn’t good for the money. You should go outside and then to enter the SPA zone, there’s no connection between the room and the SPA. Relax zone was cold , without any heating, so there wasn’t relax zone. There wasn’t space for us in the restaurant for a dinner.
Disaster! disgusting room, there were hair on bed and everywhere, very dirty. Worst part was a private party like a wedding or somethins which was at hotel’s restaurant until 2.30 am, we could not sleep at all. Receptionist was very rude, she did nothing, i think she hates their job. We could not believe how this hotel got that much point and how can be the most expensive option around Haskova.
