Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly. No issues with room. Decent size, clean and modern. Fairly standard.

The bed in the loft sagged in the middle. Just a little soft for my taste. But very clean and the pillows were awesome!!
The room was great. It included everything that made a long term stay very comfortable and easy. The front desk staff was always friendly. Had a minor technical issue with in-room phone and was handled immediately. The location is excellent, being downtown it is easy to get around, and plenty of places to eat around the hotel.
Just a tip to keep in mind: the hotel is right beside BC Place stadium... during games or events, you may find it difficult to navigate the area due to the amount of people/fans.

The only very small thing (which was not enough to detract from the overall experience) is that the hotel is not immediately near to a train station, requiring a 10-minute walk from the nearest Canada Line stations (Yalehouse-Roundtown or Vancouver City Center). Great hotel. The customer service is unreal and they it so easy for the guests to get anything quickly. Allday room service would be nice but that’s a minor one..
Pool hot tub and sauna. Excellent. They are always quick to offer upgrades for rooms. The rooms are always open and have lots of room with great amenities.
Clean, thoughtfully designed rooms. Was a perfect location for our concert at BC Place, plus walking distance to all the great restaurants, shops, and the water. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come again just to enjoy the area!
