Unique place, very beautiful hotel, a monumental building full of history. Comfortable rooms as well, and the location cannot be better!
There is no reception after 6pm. You get a code to get the key to access the building for a later check-in, which works fine. Also, we appreciated the fan in the room, but it was a bit noisy (a quieter fan would be fantastic!)
The most comfortable beds and the sound of the bells.
I didn't find any flaws
Central, historic building,
We had to get used to ringing of the church bell every half an hour or so. After a day or so it faded into background.
Steep stairs to room. Struggled with our luggage. And the internet didn’t work
The antiques ambience and the history of the Hotel itself, also the exterior and interior of the Hotel. Plus it is very near to the station.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful — communication via WhatsApp made our early arrival and luggage drop-off seamless, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed city tour before check-in. Super hotel , tastefully decorated and close to the centre .
Great central location. Atmosphere of a Grand Old Mansion rather than a hotel. The room we stayed in was so elegant and spacious . We didn't see much of the staff or other guests and the reception desk was empty a lot of the time. So it felt like we were sort of "living" there as opposed to just staying for a few days. This might not suit everyone but we were happy with the arrangement.
