Pros (+) Stylish, chic and for us the location. We were able to lounge poolside when we were not exploring. And enjoyed our room when the monsoon came down upon us. Lottie, the teenage ghost that haunts the hotel messed with our electric outlets and lights, but had a nice little conversation or rather a plea for her to stop and she did. Be kind to her and she will be kind to you.
Cons (-) The refrigerator in the rooms too full of product. We purchased some items from farmers market and needed to get creative with rearranging. One instance when they thought someone went to get our car but realized about 20 minutes later no one had. Do not get room service: one carrot and a swipe of hummus. I love the look of the hotel but not sure the service is up to par for the price of the hotel....

Pros (+) Beautiful building and decor with lots of character. Lovely location beside Forsyth Park (really enjoyed walking over to the farmers market on Saturday morning). Staff were sweet and attentive.
Cons (-) Do not stay on the first floor! Got all the elevator and lobby/bar noise, plus the adjoining room doors have no so...

Okay
Larissa, May 2025
Pros (+) Great location & beautiful interior
Cons (-) - Staff seemed untrained and inattentive - Breakfast advertised as “included” was misleading — only coffee and a few pastries were available. We had to pay extra for a proper breakfast - Coffee and pastries were often empty and only restocked after repeatedly asking staff - Front desk staff couldn’t assist with calling a cab and simply referred us to use Uber - Overall service and amenities did no...
