Staff - the best , spa - lovely - evening meal - superb. ( the Gastro tasting menu). Added bonus MAGMA.
Lack of Tea/coffee making in room. No lunch menu just an average very limited lunch/snack menu especially when the evening meal was so excellent, which was so odd. Otherwise fabulous, so don’t be put off, do go.

The spa and the breakfast are the highlights of the stay. The hotel spa was very private and perfect to relax. The buffet breakfast has everything you can ask for.
Basically, everything else was good. The location, the amenities, the breakfast, and the magma spa centre that's near the hotel is definitely worth a visit.
The dinner is 40€ per person, and while the dinner itself is pretty good, it's definitely nowhere near worth the money. The problem is there isn't any good alternative anywhere near, so you're sort of out of options.
Everything was great! The room was super clean with a very comfortable bed and a nice view. The towels and the bedding smelled really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The staffs are extremely nice, provided us with all the infos. The buffet dinner is wowed to us. Magma hot spring is a plus and a must if you book the hotel.
It would be great if the hotel can also provide lotion.
