The staff was very friendly and were open to trying to support any request we had if they were able. While this isn't a full service hotel, the staff is very friendly and empowered to help guests.
House cleaning wasn't complete. They only made one of our beds and hung up the floor mat in the bathroom, they didn't provide or refresh new towels or tidy.
Light up mirror did not work. Was fixed but caused a delay in my plans
Have stayed several times in the past. Nice Hotel, good location, very comfortable.Health club if you want to use it.
They used to have pastries in the morning along with coffee in the lobby-now only coffee. The parking lot is an extra charge of $25 a night.
Room was dirty upon check-in. No sheets on the bed, shower and bathroom still had previous occupant towels on the floor and detritus throughout the room. Room hadn’t been cleaned at all. Yet they gave me a key to check-in. Check-in time was 4pm. I arrived at 4pm. Not an early check-in at all. No room service although dinner from the restaurant on the first floor is advertised as able to be deliver...
Uncleaned Room Unapologetic Staff No restaurant service as advertised Spa receptionist had no knowledge of products on display as promotion in the spa. This is basically an unprofessionally run hotel. Although the bones of the building are lovely.Read more

Excellent location, cute hotel with a great vibe. Came with complementary passes to the athletic club next door. Wish we’d brought our swim suits for their awesome hot tub and pool!
