Pros (+) So many wonderful things about this hotel; location right on the beach, our toddler children loved the pool and slide, the landscaping was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) With young children up by 6:30am and hungry, I wish the restaurant opened before 8am.

Pros (+) The service was fantastic ,beautiful views/location, good margaritas/food. Loved the very artistic, Mexican style. Very clean!
Cons (-) My only complaint is no hot water and very little water pressure in showers.

Pros (+) The view from our room was my favorite! All the balconies are covered so you can enjoy the outside without being on the sun. A surprise was a large private jacuzzi on the balcony, I didn’t need to go to pool which was 3 floors down the stairs. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I felt safe and secure. The rooms were very clean, no bugs. Overall it was a good experience.
Cons (-) Like most properties, there are no elevators so it is difficult to navigate the property when you use a cane.
