Hotel is an absolute gem. Staff are lovely, location is great, rooms are fabulous and the attention to detail all throughout the hotel is very high standard. 5 night stay was excellent, restaurant has a great choice of fantastic food, and fab Austrian wines. Great location, nice view on the mountains. Bike storage room is very handy.
The room was dark, lack of fresh air even with fully opened doors. Not even basic kitchen equipment like a kettle or a nespresso mashine. However there is a fancy designer fridge completely empty with no purpose. The breakfast was far below average, the worst we had in this region and we came here often since 6 years. We had to leave early and no one was at the front desk for our payment. Luckily our daughter and son-in-law paid for our stay. I believe payment should have been taken upon arrival with any incidental charges paid upon checkout. Everything was perfect. Very nice and kind staff. Modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Joker card for free cable cars rides near the Saalbach included. It was really pleasant stay!
Location and staff were excellent. The views weee stunning and the breakfast was fantastic.
The parking was a bit of a faff but there was no charge for it.
