Pros (+) Me and my three adult daughters stayed there during Christmas holiday. We visisted Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure and Rapallo during our 2-night stay. It is a small and classy hotel right in Rapallo's city center and close to the beach. Pros (+) Great location (even though it is a shame that the front courtyard is used as a parking lot despite the extensive and frankly ugly large parking standing between the hotel and the seafront). Staff extremely friendly and professional, always smiling and happy to help. Rooms quiet and very clean.
Cons (-) The rooms are extremely small and quite outdated for a 4 star hotel. General decor in need of an upgrade

Pros (+) Pefect location, wonderful view from the room, good breakfast and wellness facilities. You have to book in advance and pay for it, but it is privet and relaxing, nobody disturbs you. Very helpful, kind, and professional manager and staff. Although it was out of season, we really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Pros (+) Lovely little hotel in an interesting building. In a great position overlooking the port and near a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and spacious room with a traditional feel. Rapello makes a good base for a few days.
