All the staff was very attentive and professional. The breakfasts were excellent - both in variety and taste. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Balcony and rooftop pool were great. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Quiet with a short walk to the beach.

It was very welcoming, modern, with a nice pool and nice rooms which were the perfect temperature especially at night when it was so hot. The hotel also has a lot of useful facilities and I won’t forget the staff who were all welcoming and helpful. The location was also perfect, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The fact that you could only get to you room via a lift, the only stairs to the public were from the 1st floor.
Afternoon reception staff is amazing, best in the business! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great with a nice bar offering exceptional drinks, which are not available from other bars in the area.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, though there wasn't any hair conditioner in the room. I asked the cleaner if they have some (she didn't know English, but I showed her what I needed on Google Translate). She called someone and told me in broken English that it will arrive to my room. Well, I did receive 2 packages, but when I opened one in the shower, I saw that it was shampoo.
That we had to pay tourist tax. In Hungary, where she just came from we didn't have to pay anything extra!
Easy access from train station, very comfortable rooms, Hero on nights was just the best and I have forgotten the lady’s name that helped us yesterday. Blonde hair glasses.
