Excellent facilities and comfortable spacious room.
Very expensive pool bar with poor drink quality
Incredible suite, very spacious and clean. The hot springs and swim up bar were a big win with the children! Friendly staff.
Everything was amazing - the staff, the food, the pools, the location. The included breakfast was so good.
Food and drink were pricey
Staff were excellent, service was amazing, facilities and springs were outstanding, breakfast was fantastic!
Jacuzzi did not work, morning yoga was full and we were turned away, food prices were very expensive so went to external places for lunch and dinner.
Service was excellent
Only free run treadmills. If you didn't have experience w them it's very difficult to use. A regular good quality treadmill would have been nice.
Beautiful resort, friendly staff
Exceeded expectations! The idea of meeting guests with a free cocktail of their choice and refreshing towel goes a long way! Territory, rooms (more like a separate cabin) are exceptionally clean. Very nice, great location, great for excursions, professionally organised and interesting. Brilliant choice at breakfast but restaurants for linch wasn’t impressive, quite basic.
We had to by water as water bottles were provided only once in two days water in the tub wasn’t that good for taste.
