Staff was friendly, and they genuinely cared about your satisfaction. It was super clean and they think of every detail, from the welcome during to the umbrellas in the rooms. The toiletries are available and are good quality. The breakfast it’s a feast with lots of options. The location it’s perfect for all the surrounding activities. My favorite part was the thermal waters in the pool.
Incredible stay. Perfect blend of family and adult fun. Pools and facilities were excellent. The rooms were superb. Clean and comfortable. 10/10. And we got a complimentary upgrade which made it for us. Wish we’d stayed longer.
Too many emails at the start after we’d booked, telling us took book a tour with their preferred vendors as there’s a few sketchy businesses out there. Just too many came each week.

Excellent facilities and comfortable spacious room.
Very expensive pool bar with poor drink quality
Incredible suite, very spacious and clean. The hot springs and swim up bar were a big win with the children! Friendly staff.
Everything was amazing - the staff, the food, the pools, the location. The included breakfast was so good.
Food and drink were pricey
Staff were excellent, service was amazing, facilities and springs were outstanding, breakfast was fantastic!
Jacuzzi did not work, morning yoga was full and we were turned away, food prices were very expensive so went to external places for lunch and dinner.
Service was excellent
Only free run treadmills. If you didn't have experience w them it's very difficult to use. A regular good quality treadmill would have been nice.
