The volcano view is hard to beat. The property’s several quad-unit buildings are connected by a path that weaves through gardens of tropical plants. The view from the room was exceptional. The access to TITOKU hot springs was amazing. One should take the hotel shuttle and visit it at least once. Enjoyed that more than the hotel hot springs.
The location- a bit far from the town.
Unbeatable view from the balcony, spacious rooms, amazing hot springs on site, good restaurant for dinner.
Breakfast selection was rather poor.

The property is beautiful. The pools are clean and well maintained, busy during peak hours (midday to 7pmish) but not busy during the morning or later at night. Amazing experience! Everything was perfectly clean, facilities were easy to navigate, food was excellent, pretty kind staff and the view was stunning. The personal jacuzzi in the room makes it just more perfect. I highly recommend enjoying the spa as it was almost the best part of the trip. Definitely would come back!

Lighting cosy but inadequate at night.
Beautiful location with great rooms and view. Excellent breakfast and dinner with lovely staff. Use of Titoku Hot Springs close by was an added bonus - really warm and peaceful.
Minor point:: Outdoor furniture by the hotel hot springs needs cleaned / renewed and the pool is fairly small
