Pros (+) Breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent. Hotel was was clean. Location was very good.
Cons (-) Our room was a little noisy in respect of the sound from people walking above us. Perhaps best to try and get the third floor.

Pros (+) The location was perfect, nice restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to the St Marco square by river bus. The train station was a 10 min walk only from the hotel! Breakfast was good in a beautiful room overlooking a nice square!
Cons (-) We have booked two rooms, one was too small unfortunately and not on the same floor, an extra fee was requested to transfer us to the same floor within the same room category which we didn't appreciate, other than that everything was fine!!

Pros (+) Fabulous hotel with beautiful artwork throughout and amazing rooms. There is a lovely courtyard area and the breakfast room and breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is situated on a lovely square with a number of restaurants a shop and a bakery. It is also a short walk to the vaporetti stop and to the Rialto Bridge. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros (+) Great hotel, a bit off the main tourist area, but in a lovely little square with cafes and bars which had a very authentic Italian feel. Still only a short walk to Rialto bridge so easy to access all main attractions. Hotel was immaculately clean and good choice at breakfast. Very close to vaperetto stop (couple mins walk). No complaints we had a great stay.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great. Lots of continental to choose from. Great hotel in great location. Nice rooms and comfy beds! And a free mini bar!
Cons (-) Breakfast room was very loud with the staff banging and crashing in their little room. They need to remember it’s not sound proof.
