The staff was very friendly. I got welcomed with a hot tea and good leave my luggage behind because I was a bit to early for check in. After I came back my luggage was already waiting for me in my room. It was a big room compared to others I stayed in during my Japan trip. The room had everything and it was very clean.
The bed was a bit hard but that may be just my sleeping preference

Best place we stayed so far in Japan. Spacious room, good facilities and very friendly and helpful start. Great location if you are interested in the castle and kenrokuen gardens.
Everything is perfect! I will definitely come back here. Don’t miss the restaurants in the hotel. Delicious food with reasonable price.

There was nothing that we didn’t enjoy! We enjoyed the boutique hotel atmosphere. Everything was tastefully done. The staff was very attentive. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant which was very good.

Over all a fantastic hotel. From the booking, check in service, room itself, facilities, staff and restaurant. Great experience and very nice rooms to stay in Kanazawa. Rooftop terrace which is very nice as well. Top stay - Thanks for the hospitality.
The location is perfect—right in front of the entrance to Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle. We were lucky to be there during the full bloom of the sakura, so we could enjoy the view right from our window and easily walk to the gardens both during the day and at night.
