The location was great. The bathroom and bed were great.
We got stuck in the basement and had to use the fire doors to go up the stairs. Then someone showed us how to use the lift. The buttons were too sensitive. We were told where to park but not how to use that lift. We didn’t have breakfast as too expensive . The carpet should be removed for health reasons . Television and bar fridge too small. Bathroom didn’t have any drawers.
Room was great, brekfast was delicious. People were friendly. Closed to the Sanctuary

Carpets was not clean
Whenever I go to Fatima I stay at Hotel Anjo. It is exceptionally well located - easy walking distance to the sanctuary. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The parking is easily accessible and convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable and peaceful. I recommend it to everyone who asks.

Almost everything. The room, breakfast, the staff was very kind and helpful
The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet flush — it had a slight malfunction and we had to jiggle the toilet to get it to work.
overall the entire hotel is very clean and quiet although very close to the shrine. The shrine was walking distance - about 5/7 minutes The room was very nice and comfortable. staff too were friendly and supportive
As they provide an electic kettle they should prove tea/ coffee, milk and sugar
The breakfast was very good. There is a free covered garage in the basement.
This four-star hotel did not provide basic amenities such as facial tissues, glass cups and soap containers in the bathroom, even though these items are relatively inexpensive.
It was very clean and close to the grotto
