Great selection of hot and cold breakfast. Delicious dinner when we ate in the hotel. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. Room very comfortable and well fitted out. 20 min walk to old town, or buses and taxis readily available. All staff very friendly and helpful.
Disappointed that photos of hotel showed a lovely roof terrace with pool and sun loungers, and picturesque views - but sadly this was closed due to work being carried out. We had been looking forward to relaxing there after site seeing! However, everything else was great and we hope to return in the future.

The bathroom door is a little bit strange. It is better a normal dor that can be closed properly.
We reached the hotel a little later than planned, and I also had tickets to see the Alhambra. The check-in staff was very accommodating and quickly called a taxi for us and said he could complete the formalities once we were back. They were all friendly throughout our stay. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, good locstion close to public transport.
Parking space is very small and the entry card didn't always work, so a small annoyance.

We assumed that the pool and roof terrace would be available as had been indicated both on the booking.com website and also separately on the hotels own website. Neither were available and this was extremely disappointing to us as we chose the hotel intending to enjoy a swim. Location just outside the centre. Taxi from hotel to the centre 7 euros . Rooms very clean. Hotel staff friendly. Reception very helpful. Only had bed and breakfast. Breakfast a choice of continental or English breakfast. All the usual cereals, pastry, tea, coffee and juice. Can recommend. Would stay again. All in all very nice hotel.
