Location was good. Quiet and very easy to get to via taxi. Staff are very attentive.
Cost somewhat high for the hotel. But it’s likely due to high demand.

Windows were too storage like, employees are of no trust, they have blocked our money for two months, do not trust even if they say they do not do it!

We loved the location of the Hotel close to the city center but not in the crowded area. Easily reachable from the car parking, via boat. Very friendly staff who provided very good advise about restaurants and siteseeing around the city. This is a very nice hotel next to a more peaceful and beautiful canal but quite close to the Accdemia bridge. Perfect location where one easily can catch the airport service Alilaguna and the water busses from the Zattere station. Quiet at night. The interior is very nice with an art nouveau flair. The large room was in the annex which was very quiet with a door to a secluded area with seats. The staff was very pleasant and endlessly helpful giving advice about travelling around the city and recommending restaurants. Nothing - staff put me in an inferior room, refused to honor room I booked and that they had confirmed in writing unless I paid an additional fee.
Staff continually lied, accommodation , extremely poor value for the amount of money they charge .
Location is perfect. Close enough to everything but far enough away for a peaceful stay. Staff were all excellent, friendly, professional and able to answer all your questions. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. We loved our stay here and will definitely go back.
The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact we had to leave! We could have stayed for ever!

15 minutes walking distance to the city and to take a dinner in the center in the evening a boat taxi is needed
