Everything. Micro-bubble bath is life changing
Such an amazing hotel! From the in room breakfast, the hotel room, bathroom, amenities supplied and the location of the hotel - it is such a great find. If you are coming to Kyoto and want a comfortable stay, helpful staff, with a great location - definitely a must stay!
Excellent staff. No restaurant on site but breakfast is delivered to your room at a time you choose. A choice of Japanese or Western style breakfast. Extremely close to two subway stations in Gion district and Kyoto indoor market a short walk across river.
Nothing really. It exceeded our expectations.
Loved the creature comforts the room had fitted, really well laid out and the room was very spacious.

Beautiful and charming hotel, in a great location. The room is huge, and thoughtfully laid out. Very friendly and efficient staff; spacious and comfortable room and bed; large, well appointed bath area; my room location request and expectation were exceeded; and the location at the edge of the Gion district was perfect.

Great position just away from the maddening crowds - so lovely and quiet - comfortable beds and everything u need in the room
Wasn’t much to dislike - could do with a small restaurant with coffee machine!!!

When you check in the first night there is no choice of breakfast, it has to be Japanese
Small luxury hotel for decent price (if making booking far in advance). Our stay was very comfortable, we found almost the best amenities (out of all hotels we stayed in Japan). Breakfast (by selection Japanese or International bento box) is delivered to the room.
