Pros (+) The proximity to the city and the hotel itself was very nice. The hotel staff is super nice. Every day that would leave us some snacks in the room and the cleaning was impeccable. Breakfast also amazing.

Pros (+) My stay was comfortable and the room was spacious and sparkling clean. Breakfast has so much variety to choose from.
Cons (-) It is typical travel agent hotel full of charter tourists so the breakfast area is missing some quiet morning ambiance. It is more like a beehive.

Pros (+) I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and well-appointed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift – a bottle of wine, water, and some sweets. The view from the window was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more special. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Pros (+) Love the cleanness and beautiful hotel decor and ambiance. Also very spacious that doesn’t feel crowded. Staff very professional and friendly. Comfortable and luxurious at the same time The Tale restaurant was awesome! Food at pool/bar very good.
Cons (-) The dinner buffet lacks variety, for the price you pay it felt short. And long waits when the dish you want has to be replaced or never replaced.

Pros (+) Room was spacious, hotel has a large space, live music every evening, free shuttle service to funchal available but local buses are also down the road
Cons (-) You need to pay daily to use the safe - which is odd, I have never come across such a scenario in a 4 star hotel. Pool is very narrow so swimning is impossible if there are multiple people. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Cons (-) The cleaning services never washed any of the cups or kettlery in the room for 4 nights… the parking in the area around the hotel (public, outside the hotel) can be an issue due to traffic
