The food in the restaurant at the hotel was superb. We've been to this hotel before and the food has really improved (it was good last time but exceptional this time). The rooms were a good size, clean and well built. They were quite warm though; even turning the radiator off, the underfloor heating was powerful. The food was great. Good quality and tasty, interesting menus. The spa was bigger and better than we had imagined from the photos too.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved the food the dinner was like eating at a gourmet restaurant every evening. There was so much variety and it was delicious. We also loved the spa especiallythe massage bed and saunas. The spa was more relaxed than some ive been to in Austria which was good.
There wasn't much we didn't like, it would be better if water was included with dinner.
Breakfast was great selection for both adults and children.
The beds were super hard and found it hard to sleep. Especially the sofa bed for the children. Lack of pillows too.
The staff at the hotel were excellent. Reception at check in was one of the best experiences I have had checking into a hotel. We arrived very early and they immediately offered us breakfast, which we had not paid for, and even provided us transport to the ski lifts to help us maximise our first day. Superb!
Everyone is so friendly. The location is perfect, breakfast, snack, dinner is included. Very relaxed and laid back feel makes it easy to feel like you’re on vacation.
A little outdated.
We felt home! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food is really good, had the full board and didn’t get bored or wasted time around. Breakfast and dinner are really good, with vibrant music and cozy environment. Nice room for ski storage, just missed the indoor pool cause we were not prepared and more focused on skiing part! 🔥❤️
This hotel exceeded all of our expectations . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel was amazing and there was so much variety . Excellent hotel suitable for couples, families with older or younger children. Helpful staff, top-notch cuisine, good selection of wines. Wellness offers various saunas, the view from the room of the mountains is a great wake-up call to a new day. Access to the ski slopes is well organized with a bus connection directly from the hotel to the cable car.
The wellness area intended for families is used by guests who do not have children and do not adhere to the dress code by wearing swimwear.
