I like everything actually, really nice
This was our second year in a row at the Alpenstern. The hotel has a superb location right at the piste and an all day long sunny terrace. The rooms are beautiful and the pool and spa with the panoramic sauna are an absolut highlight. The hotel offers a big and tasty breakfast buffet and delicious 3 course dinner option. Altogether, the hotel has everything you need for a relaxing skiing holiday.
The rooms are quite warm (this might be due to all the sunshine I mentioned above and probably difficult to regulate). Personally, I also would also loved a small kettle in the room.
The hotel was exceptional. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the design of everything was superb. The spa facilities were very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The breakfast was fantastic! The cheese was fantastic.. The natural juice... Etc The spa it's really great to.
It was my birthday) Personal is really professional and friendly here. Also, we so like spa zone 🧖♀️ and open swim pool 🏊.

Modern and cozy interior that compliments the surrounding around the hotel, big and comfortable bed with a small place for us to sit and enjoy the sun. Big complement to the staff that was super friendly at anytime of the day, and highly recommending to get a hot stone or a thai massage. Little bit sad that there was not much options when it came to dinner time and with gluten and lactose free option was only to pick something else from the menu, leaving me with with even less options due to the menu changes every evening. And dessert friendly option was just a fruit bowl. (was delicious but not for every evening). We heard a machine "humming"/ making sound 24h, so needed to sleep...Read more
Everything especially infinity outdoor pool with nice mountain 🏔 view
The service was exceptional. Particularly loved our welcome by Carsten, our waitress Sarah and the cocktail guru Oliver. My son really loved the infinity pool that has amazing views of the moutains. The rest of us also enjoyed the spa - so relaxing.
Everything was great. Would have loved to try wine tasting in the Vinothek but did not pre-book it.
