Great location and love the breakfast bakery
I specifically paid for the Grand deluxe double room that’s around 1370 euro for 2 nights. The photos in the booking app for the room look exactly like what I wanted. However upon arrival at the hotel by an international flight and then a flight from Madrid. We were exhausted. Absolutely stunning building, an absolute work of art, great location too
Some minor attention to detail needed but staff v smiling and friendly.
as a compensation for the room not being ready we were invited to a free lunch
I've checked in on my birthday and no one seemed to notice. Strange as I would think their reservation system should mention it during the check-in process. Room wasn't ready although we arrive after 3pm which was the official check-in time
excellent breakfast buffet, stunning location with most of Seville in walking distance. The room was superb, spacious and comfortable

customer service impeccable particularly the concierge team, Irene and Antonio breakfast is excellent. relaxed and huge variety
housekeeping were a bit hit and miss sometimes not replacing glasses and coffee cups.
Location excellent. Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond expectations on every level. Room large and clean. Our daughter fell poorly on the trip and they did everything to make things as easy as possible for us. Excellent service.
Great location and amazing building
Pool and gym tucked away and small. No spa facilities that we could see. Decent but not exceptional breakfast. Air con in room didn’t work despite multiple calls to get it fixed.
Such a lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. We had a terrace looking out on to the city and everything about the hotel and the staff was wonderful.
