The hotel exceeded every expectation during our 3 night stay, we arrived pretty late however we were still pleasantly greeted at the front of the hotel by a lovely security guard who escorted us to our room & took the time to chat to us along the way! this made our late check in speedy and completely put us at ease. He later returned to our room with some cakes which had been left over from an eve...

The hotel is amazing from the moment you walk in until you leave. Staff is amazing very helpful. The restaurant was great and very reasonably priced. The bus stop is right outside the door that takes you to the old town and Castle in 10 minutes.
The only one little thing about our room, which was room number 10 on the top and it was amazing except the sun comes up about 5 AM and the shades don’t keep out all the bright light… need darker ones. LOL
The rooms were big, large very clean

Really nice staff and easy to get to room etc. There is a restaurant bar on the ground floor which is useful if you want food or drink quickly.
So beautiful really nice and cozy
The spa was not available. There were no other services for someone to move/be active or relax. Recommended them to get at least umbrellas for when it’s raining, which it did. Place is beautiful design, food is amazing and stuff is really helpful.
No lifts, the light on the hallway didn’t even work at the start so I walked out of my room in pitch darkness. Used my phone’s light to get down on the stairs. Spa was closed, no umbrellas.
Staff eas amazing, close to city center
Hotel is great, comfy and very clean hotel, every day new towels! It’s not in center of city but the station is right in-front of hotel so its very easy, and short time transport to center. Big recommendation!
Comfortable room, bed was amazing, super clean, friendly and helpful staff, very quiet and safe area, 10 minutes walk to the castle, busses stop every 5-7 minutes in front of the hotel, just about 10 minutes drive to the old town
Everything was excellent. Location. Food. Staff. Room and especially the cleanness.
