Pros (+) Food is fabulous! You won’t go wrong with any dishes! The staff is extremely nice and helpful.
Cons (-) We came in the hot days and found out there’s no AC in the hotel. The hotel staff provided us a fan, which we turn on for the entire night. But since there’s no screen (prevents the bugs to come in) on the window, we had to close the windows all night, which made the indoor lack of ventilation. This is the only drawback of our stay.

Pros (+) We had a chalet with panoramic windows and a huge porch and we loved it. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel offers free hiking and biking tours . The location is 10 minutes or so away from the center but the hotel offers a free bus pass and shuttles so it worked great for us.

Pros (+) This hotel is top class, deserves more than 10/10 Small details attention, everything is perfect, amazing view and location, amazing SPA, amazing heated pools, lots of saunas..
Cons (-) Nothing, only one small comment, there is table in rhe restaurant reserved for every room that it will be for you all your stay and you can’t change it. It is ok for making order, but, its nice to change each day to see other people and other view. Still i will rate the hotel 11/10
