Pros (+) The valet workers were nice
Cons (-) I was charged for a dinner that I did not have and when I called regarding what I was charged and the several charges on my card the guest services agent said “he was not good at explaining math”

They had plenty of umbrellas in the lobby, which was helpful as it rained for the majority of a day. Cons (-) Hard to turn on the lights, toilet is unbelievably loud! Don't flush at night. Capet stained awful hairs in bathroom and shower, asked them to re-clean and nothing changed ,Only once did valet have our car ready for us in 4 days! They don't tell you that parking is $44 per night Cheaper to do valet
