This hotel is excellent! I was greeted with a welcome drink, cookies, and a room upgrade upon my arrival. The room was fantastic, super clean, and very spacious. The staff was superb. They were super friendly, helpful, and always smiling and saying hello. The location was excellent and within walking distance of a lot of the major sites. I highly recommend this hotel!
Amisha and Sharmila from the reception did an outstanding job in terms if friendliness and professionalism. The hotel can be proud to have such a strong team taking care of its guests.
A location closer to the water would be nice
We spent a day relaxing in this hotel. The room is comfortable and clean, the shower is really good. The garden is beautiful, the pool is great and the food in the restaurant is tasty.
Excellent hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing and the food was delicious! We are there twice a day and everything we had was amazing. The service was impeccable. Rooms were comfortable and clean. They had a tour desk in the hotel, where you could book activities. We didn’t get to use the garden much because it the weather while we were there, but it looked gorgeous.
The quality of the construction work on the building is letting them down a bit. It looks a bit badly done a few places.

Excellent staff and facilities! See Raj if you want to do any tours around Chitwan.
The only thing the hotel could improve on were their pillows. They were super stiff!
This was a lovely, quiet clean hotel to rest in after our day of safari. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and communicated well with us about our pick up when our flight was delayed. Bed was comfy. Buffet breakfast had good variety and the coffee was good. We ate one evening at the hotel and were impressed with food options and quality.
Super friendly staff making real effort seeing guests are comfortable during their entire stay. The hotel is located on just 10-15 min walking distance from the touristic center of Sauraha. They offer a convenient and free shuttle services from and to the main touristic bus stops connecting Chitwan to other touristic hubs in Nepal. The hotel was all that we were looking for after trekking multiple days in the Himalaya. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The restaurant offered formidable dishes, particularly Nepali and Indian. The staff were always kind and helpful. We were happy that all activities in the NP could be booked directly in the hotel on short notice.
