Great location and nice staff. Rooms are comfy
Nothing
It was up lots of steps and no one helped me. The room was dark. The bedside light didn’t work. And it was so noisy they provided ear plugs. I left within the hour when I found a much nicer hotel.

Love the architecture and the location. Very centrally located. Several beautiful balcony areas to hang out, fantastic views. Very nice outdoor bar area with fantastic city views. Very, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, including front desk, porters, waiters. The restaurant has fantastic food. Loved the hot chocolate drink.
Room is quite big, but I wish there was a comfy armchair or a small sofa to sit in. Bathroom on a small side, but very clean and everything worked well.
It was feet away from the center
No elevator and no private parking in hotel property
Location
Small room with no view no air conditioning and the noise level was extremely high. We never slept due to the loud noise.
I liked the location of hotel and the shopping in the area.
The noise levels sometimes during the mornings.
This hotel's location is excellent—it's right on the Zocalo. For convenience, you can't beat that. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The room was clean. I really appreciated that the staff spoke English. Dan was very helpful - he found a tour guide for me at a very good price. The view from the room was OK.
When I booked my room, the description on Booking said that I would have city views (yes, true) and a patio (not true). It also said I would have one double bed. This was also not true. There were two beds in the room - one small one and one that I don't think you could consider a double bed. The room was also much smaller than the photos. Hotel was stylish and interesting, built into the hillside on many levels. pool was nice. Room and bathroom were clean & cute. Loved being downtown with so many dining option outside the hotel.
Room was too warm even with fan. Was not comfortable at this time of year. Small size for two beds.
