Some service issues were experienced in the Quarre restaurant... food was excellent but overpriced. Power outlets seem to intermittently not work (some outlets could not charge a phone overnight). Charged for breakfast on the last day even though we had to leave earlier than the restaurant opened... the alternative of a takeway breakfast to be provided at the concierge desk did not eventuate!Read more
Venue is in a wonderful location. Very opulent interiors, good space in the larger room we upgraded to.

Some staffs at restaurant during breakfasts are not that good. I ordered coffee one day but they brought me tea instead and when I asked nicely to get me coffee, he was arguing!! I found that is rude. Breakfast options were okay. Overall, they are fine.
Excellently situated and in walking distance of many interesting places. It was extra special because we had a view of Brandenberg Gate. The room was amazing, and we felt very well looked after.
Everything was perfect from the arrival to the check out. The staff was professional and really helpful in each department. Upgraded to the Deluxe Room category a few days before the arrival. Position next to Brandenburg Gate was perfect. The breakfast was phenomenal and the service excellent.
