Staff, location, facilities, views. Everything was amazing
10 minutes walking distance until ao nang beach, the room was amazing with a lot of space and comfortable. We received every night a good night biscuit and the staff was a amazing. Delun made our check in process smooth and the guys at the entrance were the best ( same as everyone).
Hotel was above expectation Staff was so friendly and helpful You love to talk to them and ask questions they are ready to answer
I tried to find a single reason to tell but the are amazing
- staff were extremely friendly and helpful ( booked a restaurant for us etc and booked excursions through the hotel ) - nice pool area with comfortable sun loungers - room was a good size and bed was comfortable - good location just a 10 minute walk to Ao nang beach - complementary soft drinks and macrons every night
- laundry service was a bit on the pricey side as it was priced per item and not by weight - one problem about the room are the mosquitos. When you book the room with the pool inside the divider of the room and the outside is only a sliding door so lots of mosquitoes were in the room. The shower was in the outside area beside the pool so mosquitos were there as well
Brand new hotel! The staff was amazing, very kind, helpful, and professional. Big thanks to Miss Tia. She took care of getting us checked in and was always attentive and gave us great ideas for restaurants to try and tours to take. The hotel is in a very quiet area and just a 10 minute walk to the beach, shopping, food and entertainment. The pool in the room was a nice touch. Very good for a cool ...

The design and overall grounds are absolutely beautiful, every part of the property is so well thought out. The room was gorgeous, the private and communal pools were great, breakfast was fabulous and every staff member was so friendly and helpful

The service was exceptional, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the amazing views of the rooftop pool/bar, the breakfast and drinks were of a very high quality.
Everything, just extremely lovely staff and we felt really welcomed, rooms are gorgeous! There are a lot of amenities in the hotel itself — dining, spa, pool bar, we wish we would stay a bit longer and if we get back to Ao Nang we would definitely come back to Adam! Highly recommend, the price matches the experience! Thanks to the staff for such a warm welcome :)
