Pros (+) The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room was large and the balcony was a nice addition. The proximity to the silver line provided quick access to Dulles and all the sites. The breakfast was amazing!

Pros (+) I really liked the location and the spacious, comfortable room. Being able to control the lights and AC through a mobile app was a great touch. The private cinema was a unique feature, the restaurant was fantastic, and the lobby’s focus area was a very pleasant space.
Cons (-) There was no microwave in the room, and they charged $700 (too much) as a security deposit, which I’m still waiting to have refunded.

Pros (+) Great, passionate and lovely staff 10/10 Great check in process with complimentary sparking wine. Goood and spacious pause area by reception. Lovely rooms. Modern, spacious and with great finishes. Feels like home away from home and an upgrade given the finishes. Comfortable beds and lounge sofas with a big screen TV and a kitchen to sit and dine (room I booked - forgot the category)
Cons (-) Simple things that can be easily fixed. It’s a new place. So there’s room for improvement. The lighting system especially the sensors everywhere. I’d prefer simpler lighting with no sensors unless they have dim lightning at night when relaxing or going to the bathroom in the middle of the night example. Cons (-) They charged my card $200 for me for smoking on the balcony. Meanwhile when I was leaving it was a couple people sitting on there balcony smoking. Every time me and my lady walked in and out the building we were getting funny faces from people in there.
