Rooms are big. Location is very convenient.
The restaurant is a bit expensive. They charged me things that I didn't consume from the minibar but hope this fixes soon.
I loved everything about the AKA Washington Circle Hotel. First off, the staff is incredible. Justin greeted me when I checked in and went above and beyond for my entire stay. Location is perfect and the hotel is wonderful!
The aircondition in the room was supper noisy. In addition, when there were guests in the room next to us, we heard them very loudly. They may have talked exceptionally loudly, but this was disturbing.
The interior is 10/10: spacious, functional and laconic. Several bus routes stop right across the street, so you can reach many destinations without changing. Personal is great, always friendly and helpful.
- The air conditioner seemed to be faulty and its minimum temperature was 24.5 °C and we couldn't set it lower. - The shower was fixed to the ceiling. The property feels new and modern. The staff was very attentive and kind, it definitely stood out to me as I haven’t seen this service in 4-star hotels.
The air conditioner was very loud. The first night we left it on and each time it turned on to cool the room, we woke up because of how loud the noise it made. I don’t know if it was expected or if it was faulty. For the rest of the stay we would just pre-cool the room before sleep and turned it off for the night. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot outside so this strategy was ok
Staff were so nice and helpful, everything was very clean and comfortable. Location was awesome! Definitely recommend & we’ll be back

Everything was great.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room was large and the balcony was a nice addition. The proximity to the silver line provided quick access to Dulles and all the sites. The breakfast was amazing!

I really liked the location and the spacious, comfortable room. Being able to control the lights and AC through a mobile app was a great touch. The private cinema was a unique feature, the restaurant was fantastic, and the lobby’s focus area was a very pleasant space.
There was no microwave in the room, and they charged $700 (too much) as a security deposit, which I’m still waiting to have refunded.
