Great location, room was spacious, bed comfy, great comforter (and not wool blanket), walk in shower.
Bit too pricey - but worth it!
The hotel was spotless, the property was well-located for lower Old Quebec, not as much for Upper Old Quebec. It was close to Old Quebec, but the hills and stairs were brutal especially since it was so hot and humid.
I cannot say I didn’t like it, but the rooms were not well appointed. They were sparse and minimalistic. The bathroom was gorgeous. We had a river view so that was nice.
Location was fantastic and in the heart of Quebec.
No parking on premises and had to do and pay for valet parking. Breakfast was not part of it and was extra.
Loved staff, hotel and location
Loved it all
Very nice robes. Great soap. Spacious room with hardwood floors and terrific river view.
Housekeeping dept glitches. Poor communication with Front Desk. No slippers available and hardwood floors are freezing cold. Bring your furry socks even in June!
The location and the helpful and kind staff
Nothing
Clean, modern and cozy. The lobby/ lounge area is very welcoming and the coffee machine is a big hit! Location is excellent! Right in the old city and plenty of shops, restaurants and waterfront within walking distance. Staff is very helpful and nice.
All good!
Great location in lower town, so many art galleries nearby. Great views from our 7th floor, corner room. So quiet, didn't hear any noise on our floor as other guests arrived or departed. Room refreshed every day, coffee & water in lobby, also self-serve wine pours. Could go on & on...
That we had to leave..seriously everything was fantastic.
The facilities are great!
The wine bar was a bit of a let down, wines sitting too long!
We booked a room with two queens. It was very good sized with plenty of space to spread out. Our room looked out onto some charming older buildings on the street and though we were on a lower floor, it was surprisingly quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was likewise spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
The location, while not up top in the historic Fontainebleau Hotel District, was located near a number of shops, restaurants, and the museum of civilization. The funicular was conveniently located a couple of blocks away for a quick ride to the upper part of the city.
