This hotel exceeded our expectations! Good location for a day trip to Salamanca. Staff was super friendly and helped us with the car and luggage. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful!
The lack of an actual door for the bathroom + toilet would prevent us from booking this again. Also, the rooms are not very big, but still beautiful.
The hotel was so convenient for walking around the walled city of Salamanca. The room was lovely & comfortable and the staff were very accommodating allowing us to take our dog into the bar area & have a drink when no other guests were in there.

We loved the building, which is a converted 16th century convent. The location is great: easily accessible by car, yet only a few minutes walk away from historical centre of Salamanca. The staff were very nice and helpful in recommending places to eat with good vegetarian options.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable.
The location is excellent and the staff friendly. We appreciated that they parked the car as space was tight. The room and the bathroom were both well equipted and comfortable. You could walk easily walk everywhere in Salamanca centre.
The room was a bit warm so we opened a window, Unfortunately our room was facing one of the main streets and I was woken up a few times by traffic or the sounds of deliveries to the hotel. If we'd slept better, it would have been an excellent stay.
The location, ambience and staff assistance were very good. We arrived much later than expected due to bad weather, and just wanted to clean up and go to bed. The manager came to our room to enquire about our plans to dine in the restaurant, which was thoughtful of him. Our car was parked for us, which was a relief. On an earlier visit I found parking difficult.
We were tired and slept late, so missed breakfast which finished at 08.30. This seems very early for a tourist hotel.
This is a stunning hotel, i believe its a converted monastery - the design has been done with very good taste. Our room was lovely, the bed was comfortable with good facilities. The location was excellent at the edge of beautiful Salamanca, and the riverside,. The staff were first class, even parking my Ev and ensuring it was charging correctly. beautiful old building in a great location - nearly everything about it was lovely
bar service was slow - wine had to be replaced - and a long wait for an early evening drink
