Great location and architecture of the property. Comfortable rooms and good pool area on the roof.
The service in the evening for the restaurant and drinks was delivered by 2 waiters only. Given the hotel was busy it didn’t seem to be enough.

The location was very good, the staff excellent, beautifully furnished spacious room. Everywhere was very clean and the food a decent standard.

This hotel is beautiful with the rooms opening out onto a central courtyard. There is a rooftop pool and relaxing/drinking area. It is close enough to the centre to walk but unless you know the city well you will need your map/satnav - lots of narrow cobbled streets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The breakfast was delicious with fruits, juices, meats,...
This is a really lovely hotel and worth spending the extra on if you want a splurge. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, the rooms are stylish and comfortable and the courtyards and common sitting areas lovely. If you really want to immerse yourself in the Seville Semana Santa experience you can't do better than this as it's on the route of several processions. We loved our time there.
