Pros (+) Lovely hotel and great location to explore the city. Staff from the moment we arrived really helpful. Hotel decoration is stunning. Only slight downside can be a lot of outside noise which goes on till the early hours of the morning. Will not put us of staying again but be aware of it.

Pros (+) Breakfast was generally good, but the first day featured orange squash not juice - not good! Also no muesli option.
Cons (-) Facilities in the room needed a little more thought eg no chest of drawers and an extra chair would have helped. Also difficult to position bedside lighting.

Cons (-) It's terribly noisy at night lots of restaurants and bar around the hotel. Lots of shouting. Stayed 4 nights, and we were both unable to sleep because of the noise. There was no option to change to a quieter room. We have stayed several times in the past but would not go back.
