Pros (+) Lovely hotel and great location to explore the city. Staff from the moment we arrived really helpful. Hotel decoration is stunning. Only slight downside can be a lot of outside noise which goes on till the early hours of the morning. Will not put us of staying again but be aware of it.

Pros (+) Breakfast was generally good, but the first day featured orange squash not juice - not good! Also no muesli option.
Cons (-) Facilities in the room needed a little more thought eg no chest of drawers and an extra chair would have helped. Also difficult to position bedside lighting.

Pros (+) We loved the beauty of the hotel, it is so gorgeous. The old elevators and the beautiful stained glass along the stairways. We stayed in a superior room and it was very comfortable.
