Cons (-) The steep road to the property is a bit scary due to slippery mud and Rolling Stones.

Cons (-) When the checked in , I was told that I’ve booked a NOn AC room & they gave me that only. But I had booked a AC double room, but they argued & did not listen. This is a mal practice adopted by the hotel. Breakfast was very limited

Pros (+) The rooms and washrooms are very clean. The linen and towels are also crisp and clean. The food and the hospitality of the staff is exceptional. Definitely going back to Hosamane farm inn

Pros (+) The quiet of the place and the trees and the sounds of the birds.
Cons (-) Bathrooms were always wet, no proper drying system. Exhaust fans were not effective in drying the floor. At times, we got only hot water on both the taps! The coffee served in the morning was not hot at all. It will be better if the hotel provided electric jugs, coffee powder, milk powder etc. in the room.
