The location was just beautiful as was the gardens and pool area. I feel you definitely need to have a scooter or car. The staff were just delightful and would do anything for you. If fact our taxi didn’t turn up and the owner got out of bed and took us to the station! Lovely food.
Bathroom a little tired. As we were upstairs it was very hot when we returned each day, took a good hour for it to cool down. Saying that I would definitely recommend this home stay!

The main host Phaety was so friendly and professional from the moment we entered! The venue is beautifully planted and it’s a little gem of a haven off the main road to the airport. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. The food we had for lunch was delicious home cooked Thai food. The best pad Thai I had in Thailand. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The only negative was the breakfast we organised to take to the airport. Understandably we needed to arrange it for very early and it was outside of breakfast times (6am) However the lady from the kitchen was visibly very put out and disgruntled by our request and this reflected in the tasteless and basic breakfast that was prepared the following morning. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the property - hosts were really welcoming and gave plenty of advice on what to do. Great amenities at the property - bikes to rent, great food options, drinks, lovely pool area. Option to get massage or book tours. Food was excellent, had lunch and breakfast here. Couldn’t recommend this place enough to people coming to Chiang Rai
Honestly nothing, only wished we had an extra night or two here to relax at the pool.
Excellent breakfast. Our hosts Tony and Patti were extremely friendly and helpful. Our comfortable spacious room overlooked the gardens which were spectacular and beautifully maintained, with various peaceful spots to sit in. The pool was lovely and surrounded by foliage.
