Everything was just perfect, great value for money!
We stayed here one night and the facility is lovely. The room is super comfortable. The staff was super helpful and nice. The facility uses facial recognition for security. It feels very high tech.
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, expecially to the lady at reception. I forgot her name but she worked the day shift as is from Joburg. She was so welcoming, warm, friendly and just a sweet person and suggested few places where we could go. The other manger(gentleman with dreads). Not friendly at all. He would just stand by the door chatting to the waiters and go stand and the back by the kitchen. He won't even ask if you are okay or take your cup or plate when he passes your table even though he can see you are done dining. He is not a people's person at all. my only concern was that the front desk had my drivers license from the afternoon of check in until the next day lunch time and never contacted me to advise , I only found out much later and drove back to hotel to find my drivers license laying on receptions desk
The breakfast couldn't hav been better, and the service her was superb! The location was great, close to everything in Sea Point.
The only thing we missed were cushions on the sun-deck chairs by the pool.
Everything was top notch especially the location. Breakfast was included in the restaurant (Sonny and Irene) located on the ground floor which we loved going to each morning. Lovely clean, spacious, modern room. Great location, lovely staff, good gym and the breakfast was exceptional - probably the best we've ever had at a hotel.
Only small thing is that the pool seating/loungers weren't very practical or comfortable.
