The grounds were very nice , the breakfast was very good, the staff were very polite
I think my room was a bit overpriced There was a piece of timber on the floor that was poking up, worse thing was the black box in front of the sofa, if you were moving around with the lights off I don’t know how many times I hit my leg on it

Excellent pool, great location, friendly staff. Room was a good size, but no balcony. Good choice at breakfast.
The price was over the odds for the area. The wifi was poor or very poor at times. The hotel was nice, but not great.
Excellent location right on the edge of the old town. Staff really friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool which we used heaps. Bed was comfortable and room had everything we needed. Good breakfast too with plenty of options

Breakfast was amazing - catered for everyone and more! Beautiful grounds - we ate outside every morning. Big pool with loungers. Made use of the free bike hire a couple of times, best way to get around! Visited the spa too!

The location was great, very close to the Night Market, Japanese Bridge (900m), pagodas and restaurants. The room was spacious, good a/c, balcony, bed, pillows and shower were amazing The breaksfast was incredible with many options for european and asian preferences. The pool was also very good Hotel wifi was ok, not great The staff was very friendly and polite
The staff could be a bit more quiet in the morning until 8 am around the rooms. The gym could be improved with yoga matress and weight bar with weights. Personally i think the drinks were too expensive (75.000 a tiger beer) and the spa prices were more than 2x the price you pay in any massage place in Hoi An. Cheaper suites with City view could be updated however still very clean with a HUGE comfortable bed!

Air con could have been a little more cooler
Very tidy, beautiful gardens, breakfast variety was delicious, shady and relaxing. Great location for shopping, food and drinks.
