The Resort was a complete holiday package. Located on a river, 2 beautiful large pools and a private beach across the road. All bathing towels provided daily. The staff were so happy , friendly and always there to please you. A spotless clean resort with a breakfast for all nations sitting overlooking the river. We had the absolute best time at the Hoi A Beach resort. There is nothing I can fault about this place. It was more than what we imagined - beautiful, big, clean rooms with a stunning view of the river. 2 sparking clean pools for the kids to play in. We loved every single thing about this hotel. It was absolutely beautiful- possibly the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The bed was so comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the private beach and the free shuttle bus to the ancient town!

Amazing Location between the river and beach. A little distance from the noise of old town which we loved. Taxis are so cheap. We wanted to extend our stay a couple of days but hotel was full. We read a few reviews saying the hotel was a bit dated. That didn't distract us from having a great time.

Everything. It was exceptional. Staff were so amazing and Bella the hotel dog was the best. Nothing was a trouble to anyone working there. Great value for money would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The facilities and rooms are fantastic. Beach across the road. Plenty of local restaurants bar's and spa. We made good use of the free hotel shuttle bus into Old Town. Will return.

Breakfast staff were a little grumpy when I asked for a fresh pot of coffee. Bar staff were amazing and we had the most amazing cocktails. The rooms were always cleaned to the highest level.
Great room overlooking river. Good location to go to the beach. Towels and sun lounges for guests. . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big variety for breakfast.

A really beautiful resort with a nice private beach. All the staff were wonderful and helpful, rooms were clean. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Two nice pools as well, although the water in the other one was really hot.
Rooms were really nice but the bathrooms are starting to look a little bit used.
Beautiful location on the River. We stayed 2 weeks lazing the days away around the infinity pool before going into HoiAn by complimentary bus or to AnBang beach by GRAB (A$4). Staff are all absolutely gorgeous.
Villa had a huge bathroom with a small corner shower.
