The pool area, restaurant and Spa were all fantastic. Staff went above and beyond, they were wonderful. Our room was a disappointment though as it was old and dated. Location is superb so overall our stay was wonderful. We would definitely come back to this resort.
The building that our room was housed in was quite run down
Very good staff and prompt at fixing any issues.
They could be a little more aggressive or attentive at servicing guests in pool area “would you like a drink would you like a food menu? Can I offer any help?” But to be honest this neglect is common in se Asia 3star resorts
Perfect location with the lake one side and the beach the other. Free use of bikes and a courtesy bus io and from Hoi A town. Huge rooms with very comfortable beds.
Could have been extra busses provided
Two pools, great breakfast, large room overlooking the river, wonderful staff, gym, shuttle to old town.
The rooms were spacious, clean & cooling after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious, location of the dining room by the river was a great start to the day. Staff very friendly & helpful, especially Diem & Vi helping us decide our activities. Loved that the accomodation provided a free shuttle service x3 times/day into the Old Town. Also the use of free bicycles to explore the surroundings. ...

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pools were beautiful and well maintained as well as gardens. Staff very accommodating to needs and requests. It was suitable for everyone from families, couples or groups. Loved having beach and river views. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
Would have liked more shuttle buses.

There is one small section of river fenced off which creates a stagnant smell for some rooms.
Basic resort but it's clean, friendly, has a pool, gym, shops around. All you need.

Great location we booked river room view so Beautiful. Beach was right across the road with private beds for hotel only. Staff so friendly and nothing was too much. Breakfast was great, only 10 mins in a grab to Old Town
