Greeted warm and friendly, bar staff again engaging, helpful and friendly. Dinner was excellent, we were served by Missey who always had a smile, was friendly, engaging, and attentive which added to a pleasant evening. Breakfast we were again served on by Missey who was delightful and always ready to help. A real asset to the hotel staff,
We stayed in a double superior room which was adequate, the wardrobe space was disappointing as little space especially for hanging long items of clothing. We have an electric car which we had enormous trouble with and found the following morning the car hadn't charged so we had to try again having to leave later than planned, this was really frustrating as we had tried numerous times the previous...Read more
Everything was perfect, super clean and very attentive staff without being in your face.

Room very hot but there was a fan. Also could have had better coffee in room or coffee bags

Restaurant staff was courteous. Good location.
Rooms were way below par for £220 a night. It looked different in pictures than reality. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary but were given a room just above a wedding reception party. No prior notice were given. Loud music till 12pm. Even though we were asked for late check in but our evening was spoilt. Will never come back here again.

Hotel is in a lovely location, staff were lovely. Bar and breakfast room very pleasant, food high quality.
Soundproofing in our room was non-existent - we were woken multiple times by people talking in the corridor outside the room and a TV in another room, and could clearly hear the people in the room next door using the toilet.
