Personnel were very nice and helpful. Accommodations are very comfortable.
The heater was turned on because of the season. Eve though I turned it off, I need some fresh air to go into the room. Windows needed to be open but all of them faced the square and the nights were noisy. Despite that and the watch tower, I was able to sleep.
Classic hotel right inside the magnificent Kotor city walls. You are wrapped in the embrace of history, the perfect way to immerse oneself in everything this magical city has to offer. Lovely amenities and caring staff. Helpful transport for moving luggage to exterior parking. Excellent breakfast, with the option of enjoying it on a balcony high above one of the many squares.

The mattress in our bedroom was very uncomfortable. Also, the bed was noisy and creaky every time I moved.

Suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect, in the middle of town, within the old town walls. Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing to complain about.

The men working in the restaurant next door were quite rude. We were given a voucher to eat there cheaper. I didn’t because Sunday 19th Jan morning a worker was shouting inside very aggressively.
Very handy location in the old town. Comfortable room and beds.

Good and friendly staff, great location, interesting decorations. The staffs helped us organised a lot of trips and are always friendly and professional. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent. We stayed during Christmas, and they gave us lovely chocolate as a treat. We absolutely like the hotel
Room is relatively small but okay
The location was the best. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Loved being close to restaurants and shopping. Learning about Kotor was delightful. Our room faced the square so we could look out and enjoy the view of the mountains.
